Spicy Peanut Sauce

This versatile sauce can be served over chicken, beef, shrimp or pork to liven up everyday dishes.

Ingredients

     ½ cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
     2 garlic cloves, quartered
     1 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh ginger
     1 small fresh hot pepper, cleaned, and diced
     ¼ cup peanut oil
     2 tbsp. soy sauce
     2 tbsp. SPLENDA® Granular
     
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
     1 tbsp. sesame oil
     ¼ cup strong tea
 
Directions

  1. In a food processor, puree all the ingredients to make an almost smooth sauce. If you used chunky peanut butter, the sauce will be more textured but just as delicious.
