Coconut Pie

Ingredients

     2 tbsp. unsalted butter
     1 cup 1% fat milk
     2 large eggs
     ¾ cup SPLENDA® Granular
     ¼ cup self rising flour
     ½ tsp. vanilla extract
     1½ cups fresh shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 3500 F.
  2. Melt butter and mix in milk
  3. Beat in eggs and SPLENDA until mixed.
  4. Beat in flour and vanilla.
  5. Mix in coconut.
  6. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9" glass pie pan.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
